Be My Friend - www.myspace.com Nutrition by Natalie Nutrition and Your Mental Health What does nutrition have to do with mental health? You might be surprised to find out the truth behind what happens when a person has a nutritional deficiency. Nutritional deficiencies can cause all sorts of psychiatric symptoms including apathy, low energy, irritability, insomnia, low energy, agitation, fatigue, concentration problems, aches and pains, weight changes, including weight loss or weight gain. Sound a lot like the symptoms of depression? The truth is the average American diet of fast food is low in vital nutrition that you need for your body to function correctly. This isn't to say that all depression is caused by bad nutrition but it's certainly a contributing factor in many cases and poor nutrition will always make depression worse. Antidepressant drugs also do not correct nutritional problems. So if your depressed because of nutritional problems an antidepressant will only partially cover up the problem and you body still won't function correctly. ♡ Hope you LIKE! Comment and subscribe :) When I was loosing weight, I also kept thinking, "Every step counts, every step counts" because it really does! That helped motivate me to walk places instead of drive. Helped me workout. Helped me burn extra calories. So try that as well! Also, try to give up something that you feel is not good for you (eg. chocolate/white bread) for a certain amount of time. And ask your friend or family member to do it with you so you have support (and you can make it into a BET, and have it be something really bad if you loose it lol - that should keep you motivated!) At the end of the day, its about being HEALTHY (not skinny) whatever that weight is for you. Dont compare yourself to other people, do what is best for YOU! :) For disclaimer purposes: Before embarking on any major change in diet or exercise you must consult your local physician. These methods are the ones which work for MY body, my health and well being. But of course, they may differ from person to person. ★ Check out my first health & diet tips video: www.youtube.com ★ Add me on FACEBOOK: www.facebook.com ★ Follow me on TWITTER: twitter.com ★ Watch ALL my VIDEOS here: www.youtube.com ★ SUBSCRIBE to my channel here: www.youtube.com Thank you guys for watching! www.youtube.com There is no such thing as "6-pack abs fast". You cant buy 6-pack abs from an infomercial or get them from a bottle. Getting 6-pack abs is simple but takes alot of work - eat less and exercise more. This video goes into depth on nutrition for muscle gain and weight loss. I show you 8 very healthy meals that you can make in 3 minutes or less.Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts. For more information on home workouts, please see my free website (no advertising either): www.scoobysworkshop.com Nutrition is key to losing fat and getting 6-pack abs!
